Hi Everyone.....blogging after a long long time..... all i can say is....something about this movie struck me deep enough to put on my writing cap.
A perfect outcast, a complete misfit....he stumbles through life....at times managing and at times failing to survive the so-called rules of life, society and family. He lives in a world....knowing that its an unknown....like a stranger in your own home... like someone who is surviving yet doesn't feels alive.
His only solace is his guitar...his voice and his music.....a simpleton without any knowledge of classical Indian or English....a student...lost in wanderlust and hunger for fame...he tries finding his place in this completely insane world. A world where the concepts of right doing and wrong doing supersedes everything including talent, perseverance, friendship, family and above all love.
The transformation he goes through...from a lost young man who wants success at all costs....even at the cost of pain and heartbreak... to a prominent rock star who has lost his one true love forever....defines a very unique story. Sometimes the things we wish for ..... are the very ones we wish to have never been granted! A story which will leave you awash in tears...will make u cry in pain at the same time launching u in a completely pure world of love and love alone.
A parallel dimension emerges within your heart questioning the age-old customary beliefs of faith and relations. Nameless entities surround you from all sides...asking to open our eyes to fundamental realities of life...realities which are basic and the most essential for life. Is a love affair worthy enough to challenge the great social stature of marriage? Or is it the other way round?? Is a social ritual worthy enough to destroy lives...forcing two people to live in isolation, pain and deprivation for a lifetime??
